The Amauris Vienna - Relais & Chateaux

The hotel is conveniently located near the opera house and other major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities such as a coffee machine and fridge. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout the stay. There are also plenty of nearby cafes to choose from for breakfast.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was comfortable and well-appointed with a high ceiling, walk-in wardrobe area, and fantastic coffee. The location was perfect, within walking distance of main attractions, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and even offered a free room upgrade.

Food for breakfast could be improved by offering more choices and allowing mixing of options.

I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but The Amauris Vienna - Relais & Chateaux really stood out. The value for the money was fantastic, with a perfect location just across the street from the State Opera house. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for a great night's sleep. The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly, making my stay in Vienna even better. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast selection could be improved. While the options were decent, it would have been nice to have a wider variety of fresh fruit and cereals available.

The staff were knowledgeable, they told us about restaurants and a concert hall which were located close to the hotel.

It had all needed for a short visit in Vienna. Good choice for travelling to Vienna and exploring local places. Location: the hotel was close to most touristic sights and the shops and many restaurants.

During my recent stay at The Amauris Vienna, I was delighted to discover a prime location in the heart of the city. Being just a few minutes' walk away from Vienna's main attractions made exploring easy. The convenience of having the Ringstrasse tram and a major subway station close by made getting around the city effortless.

The location is perfect. Staff are professional and friendly. Rooms are nicely appointed. Price is affordable for the location. Early check-in was allowed. Good selection of food and friendly service. Free wifi and 24-hour room service. Excellent and accommodating staff.

Nothing for me.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, right in the center of the city. It was very close to all the attractions inside the ring, making it easy to explore historic Vienna. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with super clean bathrooms and clean carpets. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the superb restaurant, @ Eight.

The exclusive amenities and luxurious room exceeded our expectations. the restaurant served mouth-watering dishes with an array of options, while the bar area was a perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. the private facilities, including a spa center with a steam room, plunge pool, and massage services, made our stay truly indulgent. the prime location was central to all major hotspots, making it easy for us to explore the city on foot.

The only minor downside was the inexperienced staff, who lacked the finesse expected of a 5-star hotel. their eagerness to provide excellent service balanced it out.
